BEWARE! They don't tell you about all the hidden fees (they nickle and dime you to death).
-Automatically charge you for an extra parking space (you have to request to NOT have the extra space).
-Automatically renew your lease (you have to request to cancel it somehow).
-Promise the greatest amenities but then you must pay for all of them (gym, pool, any upgrades, etc, etc, ETC!).
-Their onsite laundry facility is disgusting and a RIP OFF! Both my roommates have had their clothes stolen (during the cycle). The laundry card alone costs $7 (that's withOUT any credit on it)! The machines to add cash to your laundry card do not accept any bills smaller than a $5 (are $1 bills the new penny'). I have seen rats in there!
-Charge you Rent Control Recovery Fee (whatever that means)
-Charge you an annual Apartment Registration Fee (first appeared on my bill after 3 months of living there)
Biggest liars, EVER!
If you have a brain you wouldn't, for a second, believe any of the positive reviews you read on here.
Honestly, there may be a couple of nice things about this place like the location. Also, the apartments are pretty spacious. And last, for the times we needed repairs, half the time they were quick and the other times we had to wait a couple days.

I have lived there....it's a shame....but it's true....along with all those problems, there are serious water problems. The water comes out of the faucet brown. Sad and scary.

I have noticed their ratings constantly going down and I notice a pattern of deception from the management and many complaints also include management going to court pretty often. I would not recommend this place.
