This building is over half-empty for good reason. Dozens of reasons. My sink exploded my very first morning in the apartment. My front door's hinge broke, preventing me from leaving the apartment, and I was told by that it WASN'T an emergency! My parking spot was always covered in water from leaky pipes. There were a half-dozen cars broken into in the gated, secure garage. But the property manager should send you running from here. She is either one of the dumbest people on the planet or she hates her job SO much that she throws her hands up (I mean it, that's what she does whenever there's a problem) and doesn't deal with it. She'll never return your phone calls, even if you call her four times. Her response to loud neighbors on several occasions was to say "what am I supposed to do'" This place is run by miserable people who don't take care of anything. Please don't consider this place.
