I have lived at ParkWest for almost 4 years and I love my apartment. I don't have to deal with the traffic from the Marina and don't have to pay Marina prices. The office and maintenance staffs have always taken care of any issues with my apartment promptly and are always professional. I don't mind the airport adn I face the runway from my apartment. It is one of the few locations in Los Angeles were you don't face directly into another building. The community is clean and well kept. I use the gym on a daily basis and everything works just fine and if something breaks I call the office - not like what the other person said, it is fixed right away.
