I can't even begin to tell you how bad this apartment complex is. First of all, their staff is very unprofessional, I wonder where these people are from. They don't care about the tenants' welfare and they're just there to make the most money they can. They could be nice upfront, but beneath that facade is a sinister, cunning, evil face. (in short, they're monsters).

I am also sure that drug addicts inhabit this place, because sometimes the elevators will be reeking with the smell of "pot". I think that they don't even bother to do background checks/reference checks with their tenants.

The elevators break down continuously such that it's always a pain to get to your apartment in the evening, and to your car when you leave for work in the morning. (Think about that when you're really in a hurry). And there are no alternate routes (stairways) to get to the garage.

The laundry rooms are always dirty, sometimes the washers break down and it floods the floor.

Vandalism is also common, for example, lighting on hallways are busted, elevator fixtures are broken, certain areas stink.

As for the surroundings, it's very close to LAX, so you can just imagine the noise of all the airplanes. (Forget about your Saturday/Sunday morning sleep-ins). Also, similar to the other reviews, it's on a major road (Lincoln Blvd), which is a 6-lane street (3 lanes in each direction), so again, imagine the noise of all the vehicles competing with the airplanes at LAX.

Don't say I didn't warn you.
