I have lived at Park West since May of 2003 and love it here. I have a view of the LAX aiport and it is so cool watching the planes take off every day (the thought of the noise scared me at first but they have thick glass on the windows and sliding doors, so I sleep just fine). I can also see the ocean from my 4th floor apartment! And for hundreds of dollars less than what my friends pay in Marina Del Rey. I also didn't have to pay a deposit because Sony (the company I work for) was a "preferred employer". I love this neighborhood and am saving a lot of money compared to the other people with apartments in this area. I would recommend this building to anyone. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
