My husband and I lived here in 2001. It was horrible. It is a huge dorm for Otis and LMU. Very loud music, no parking, and the fire alarms were set off all the time. People would move in at 2am and we could hear the echos of dollies through the place. The elevators were always broken and one time their was feces in it and in the hallway. The students that went to the school across the street were very lazy and would drive their cars from oneside of the complex to the other and take all of the parking. When I would talk to the manager she would become very defensive and arguementive with me. You would think they would want to keep tenants who pay their rent and are not a nusance. The design of the building is rediculous. Who builds a 400 unit complex and makes the stairs go outside instead of into the garage' So when the elevator was out you were sol. It was very horrible and I did not get sleep for a year. Parking is a total nightmare. Only one spot and the streets have no parking signs for certain times. We would have to park in the neighborhood or get tickets. WHich we received a few.

This person obviously never called the courtesy patrol or the leasing office about any of their problems- I know for a fact that the leasing office will take action against noise complaints, but they need to be told about the problem - also, there are plenty of parking spaces for rent and each apartment has their own spaces - i wouldn't be suprised if this review was written by someone that never even lived here

Actually I called several times even the police!! The security was asleep most of the time. I even spoke to the manager and she became very defensive. Her attitude was the straw that broke the camel's back and we moved. Maybe instead of responding to comments, why don't you do your job! These are people's homes!
