Initially moved in wihtout doing much research. Outside hallway floors are dirty and not cleaned on a regular basis. Occasionally the trash chutes will back up.
Maintenance crew is usually quick to respond to problems however I had a rather large gap between my front door and the jamb in which maintenance would not resolve the problem. I was charged $200 more per month to renew my lease with no improvements to be made. I will not be renewing my lease because I think I can get significantly better quality for a little more in rent.
