Ok so it allstarted when I saw a mouse in my kitchen one night. I've been asking around and it seems like everyone is having the sam problems...MICE!
My neighbor said that they were nesting in her underwear drawer and that her stove had to be replaced because they had taken that over too. Her new stove is already infested with Mice and it has only been in a few hours. She said that the people in the office are claiming that there are no other reports of mice. However, it seems that there have been several. My neighbor said that she had called the health department to report parkwest. I would suggest that anyone living in parkwest, that has seen mice. Call the office and have them set up traps, but also call the health department. there is more that they should be doing, but they aren't because it's too expensive. We shouldnt have to pay this high rent and live with rodents!

Thank you for letting me know about this, I had arranged an appointment to see the complex on Saturday (3/10). I have never seen such violations like that at those prices. Wow.

Has anyone called the Health dept on these people?

Thank you very much for your honesty. Landlords and rental management agencies significantly profit financially from tenants. It is unfair and unlawful for corporations and rental providers to provide inhabitable dwelling place. Tenants have legal rights and are also protected under fair housing laws. BEWARE landlords and rental management agencies there are severe financial and civil penalties for any unfair and/or discriminatory treatment of your tenants. Government agencies have monitoring systems to ensure that you follow the guidelines as outlined by the Housing and Urban Development, as well as, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. Many tenants struggle to pay for rent; and each individual tenant and/or family have the right to live in a safe, clean, and comfortable dwelling place, free of any discriminatory acts.
