If you move in, you feel like an idiot later on. It is not worth staying here at all unless you like:
-loud airplane noises
-overpriced rent(can find a MUCH CLEANER, NICER APT DOWN SEPULVEDA FOR HALF THE PRICE)
-unstoppable mold and that would never disappear
-constant remodeling FOR NO PARTICULAR REASON!!!(AND THERE'S NO DIFFERENCE)
-MICE eating your food and sleeping in your closets
-NOISY NEIGHBORS THAT PLAY MUSIC AT 3 IN THE MORNING!!
-Snappy leasing consultants that screws everyone and their moms over
-heater, stove, garbage disposal, and other appliances have a tendency to not work like EVERYDAY
-whole parking situation is a pain in the ass
-elevators always break and gives off a funky stench(and the smell differs day to day)
-overflowing dumpsters
-security sucks(I am a girl and I REALLY don't feel safe here due to the break-ins and stolen cars)
-OH AND CAN'T FORGET THE CREEPY, PERVERTED LOOKING MAINTENANCE CREW THAT NEVER FIX ANYTHING ON TIME AND RING THE DOORBELL/ KNOCK ON THE DOOR BEFORE ENTERING

I have lived here for 2 years, and finally moved out to live in a MUCH better apartment that is 10x safer, cleaner, nicer, prettier, and CHEAPER than f***ed up Park West. The only reason I lived here because it is literally right in front of my school and I had no car. I was especially lucky because I got a room close to the main entrance rather than the apts way back near the LAX runway. But just because my apartment isn't right next to the airport, I can still here the planes roar and cars zooming by EVEN WHILE MY WINDOWS ARE CLOSED!

AND if you fail to tell the leasing staff (at least 30 days prior)that you are moving out, they like charge you over $400. Like seriously, do we REALLY need to tell them THIRTY days before the lease is over' It only take a couple weeks to move and clean up. CURSE THIS PLACE AND I HOPE IT BURNS UP ONE DAY ALONG WITH ITS STAFF.

Thank you very much for your honesty. Landlords and rental management agencies significantly profit financially from tenants. It is unfair and unlawful for corporations and rental providers to provide inhabitable dwelling place. Tenants have legal rights and are also protected under fair housing laws. BEWARE landlords and rental management agencies there are severe financial and civil penalties for any unfair and/or discriminatory treatment of your tenants. Government agencies have monitoring systems to ensure that you follow the guidelines as outlined by the Housing and Urban Development, as well as, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. Many tenants struggle to pay for rent; and each individual tenant and/or family have the right to live in a safe, clean, and comfortable dwelling place, free of any discriminatory acts.
