This place is a fricking dump. Kids skateboarding down the hallway late at night and the maintenance crew pushing their eqiptment down the hallway in Ralphs shopping baskets early in the mourning.

When I moved in, there was leftover food in the drawer from previous tenants and my sink sprung a leak the first time I used it. THIS IS ALL TRUE.It is not uncomon to find security (if you can find them at all) sleeping on the couch in the partyroom. Mold grows in my bathtub and up my shower curtains consistently.

I live on the fourth floor and all of the old air conditioning units are right above my apartment. They make louder noises than the airplanes. The elevator on the west side of the building was out for over a month and every one had to walk to the other end of the building or climb 5 flights of stairs.

Thank you very much for your honesty. Landlords and rental management agencies significantly profit financially from tenants. It is unfair and unlawful for corporations and rental providers to provide inhabitable dwelling place. Tenants have legal rights and are also protected under fair housing laws. BEWARE landlords and rental management agencies there are severe financial and civil penalties for any unfair and/or discriminatory treatment of your tenants. Government agencies have monitoring systems to ensure that you follow the guidelines as outlined by the Housing and Urban Development, as well as, the Department of Fair Employment and Housing. Many tenants struggle to pay for rent; and each individual tenant and/or family have the right to live in a safe, clean, and comfortable dwelling place, free of any discriminatory acts.
