You get what you pay for. The apartments look great from the outside and the common areas. The interiors are older. But, what do people expect to live this close to the beach and pay rents that are low for the area' I personally haven't had any prolems with things getting fixed. I've called in work orders and maintenance in there within an hour, sometimes 5 minutes. Everyone in the office has been nice to me. The location is great, close to everything.
