Me and my husband moved in 4 months ago. Since day one the apartment has been ridden with roaches. The cabinets in the kitchen are falling off there hinges... the ceiling fan in the bedroom has been awaiting repair since the first week. Really noise polluted building the quietest of people. We have now had 2 false accusations put on us for loud noise partying and over crowded apartments. We went to talk the complaints with the office and they don't seem to want to here our side of anything. One more false accusation and we are out on our ass. They all know my husband is seriously sick, We have never missed rent, We have been more then reasonable about the roaches and they are ready to kick us out. I went down there today to talk to them and they admitted when I accused them that all they care about is the money. They are seriously cold hearted people that don't care for another human being. It quite clearly states in the lease that you have 30 days notice on missing rent to leave the premises, well our neighbors recently got a 24hour. Ridiculous! The manager had said themselves to the couple that if they had problems come and talk to them and they will work with them. They went to the manager and were kicked out within 24hours. Don't be fooled by their fake smiles in the beginning they soon turn into robots that have set answers and no brains. Our neighbors across the way got 24hours after to notices. The neighbors bellow have had 6 notices and they are still there. Some discrimination I feel has been conducted. Steer clear of any park west apartments!
