Been living here for about five months now. This place is really nothing more than a dorm for the college next door. First time away from home for these kids and they still do not understand the concept of respecting your neighbors nor do they have "real" jobs yet.

I have had to call security over 15 times because of loud music, quite a few times well after midnight. During the day the music is just as bad. The neighbors smoke right outside my windows filling my place with second hand smoke on a daily basis.
The individual upstairs decided to wash off his balcony at 6:30 am with all of the soapy water pouring down onto my patio covering my plants and furniture. What a way to wake up! I had to yell at him to stop and his defense was he did not know where the water would go. I guess looking over the side was asking too much'
Across the court yard an individual once or twice a week will take it upon himself to LOUDLY educate his neighbors about politics, society and any other random whacked thoughts that he may have. It gets a little frightening at times and the police have been out to visit him.
As if the balcony waterfall was not enough I had my apartment flooded when someone upstairs set off the sprinklers by hanging clothes on it. Lived in a hotel for three nights and lost two pieces of furniture. Luckily I have renters insurance.

Management is not really responsive. Like any other large apartment complex it's all about the numbers. I understand it is a business but I plan on talking to an attorney especially regarding the smoke. When I moved in I thought my biggest issue would be the noise from the airport. Oh how I wish it was the only issue!

I know what you are going through. It is a dorm! This kind of situation was great when I was in college but now it's just tiring. 1. Never quite. 2. Kids smoking everywhere. I can not even leave my windows open at night. 3. Parking gate remotes stop working. 4. Too much noise all of the time. I wish I knew before I signed the lease.
