The apartments here are a bit overpriced.
The neighborhood is less than desirable and I would not recomment walking around after dark in this neighborhood. The hot water is touch and go on a weekly basis. There will be at least one day a month without hotwater.
Parking is scarce, and if you get it, you have to walk a block away at night. The elevator does not work all the time, there are often frequent problems with it. On weekend nights there is a security guard in the lobby. There is has been some remodeling done only to new apartments where old tenants have moved out from. Maintence responds promptly and managers are welcoming and friendly. The building is close to downtown, USC, and staples center. The bus can be easily accesed at hoover and wilshire or you can take the red line.

Hi there, When renting an apartment in a community you have to deal with alot of pro's and con's. I undestand where you are coming from when it ocmes to the terms of parking. Our structure is half a block away but it is a secure covered structure with a 24 hour attendant. Normally parking would be charged 75-100 extra a month but now is decresed 25-50 depending on concession. We also have a courtesy patrol not just on weekends but the other five days a week, they not only patrol our parking structure they also do rounds of our community. We have a on site manager and maintance always on the premisis just get one of our monthly newletters for their afterhours numbers. We are here not only for the community but for our valued residents as well. . Azar Mendoza |
