THIS PLACE IS A HELL WHOLE, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE SUCKS, RIGHT DOWN TO THE SEWAGE LEAK THEY HAVE IN THE BASEMENT AND WON'T SPEND MONEY TO FIX IT.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with Park Wilshire. The sewage leak has been delegated and complete for some time now. I am all for speaking your opinion and I understand we can't make everyone happy. Through it all the resident's always come first and if you want to voice your issue's I suggest you come in the office and sit down with our staff and discuss your con's about living here. If we can't fix them then there is always an option to upgrade to a new unit for the new market rent or look for a new place that suits your needs.
