I have lived here for over 10 years and the change is a good thing. The elevators are finally getting worked on, work orders are being completed, the office is no longer being used as a business center. Tenants are actually being notified that packages have been delivered. The intercom is getting worked on, parking situation is being addressed. I am happy that changes are being done.
If the managers were doing such a good job, then they would still be here. But then again, change is a good thing.

Dear tenant, (or shall I say new management)
I live at park wilshire still and I used to work there, yes you know who this is, I find it down right rude that you are attacking my work ethics. Tenants have a right to their opinion and some feel that us leaving was not right but hey its part of the buisness. Certain teams bring certain aspects to their communities and residents. The freight elevator was being worked on prior to the purchase of the building. The parking has always been adressed as we never had any issues, but when there are new management changes it means new rules. It makes sense. The tenant who wrote the rating about how they are mad and upset told me about this posting and I wanted to see for myself. Now that I do see this I have come to realize we did some amazing things at Park Wilshire and made some amazing friends. Being part of the buisness changes happens, being good or not it is the way it works. But come on, if you are doing such an amzing job then please take this as a bright neon sign flashing in front of you face and stop calling my cell phones asking me where we stored the paint for these doors, or where we got the sign on the side of our building, or where I got my leads for my outside marketing. I worked hard for my contacts and they are with me and are going with me over at my new community. I respect the work you guys are doing but by talking down by the tone of you post is not a good practice of buisness, Remember that. One word of advice is the weekends were my strongest times to lease. Stay open if you want to fill the vacancy there.

I am not with management, nor do I care to be with. I enjoy my weekends, but maybe they will take your advice. I was not attacking your work ethics, I'm simply speaking the truth. If that offends you, so sorry.
