Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2007
 
New management IS horrible. But old management was equally as horrendous. Azar and Stephanie were lazy, condescending moody slugs who accomplished nothing. Maybe our new dictator Phillip will at least fix the elevators' Lets hope for the best. This building is overall fairly clean, quiet (except if you face Wilshire blvd) and only equally as overpriced as the other local apartment complexes. Not much space for your $, but closets are spacious. Don't count on available parking...and yes, this building is OLD, OLD OLD!
