Although the actual apartments are quite nice on the inside, the building is still over priced for what you get. Don't be fooled. The management is hard to deal with, treat you like you're not a person. Very little respect for the amount of upkeep this building gets. They should really pay people to live there, it's that bad. The halls smell of trash, I had an ant problem that would not go away. There was no heat until two months ago. There are two elevators, but the only one that works is the service one. Although it looks like there is work being done on the building the residents have yet to see any change.

There was a shooting in the neighborhood less than two months ago. The parking lot is crowded and it is hard to get to your spot because people park illegally on the sides of it. However it is even worse if you are not in the lot, you have to park in a sketchy parking garage a block away.

If you don't mind sirens keeping you up at night maybe this is the place for you. I would recommend looking elsewhere.
