The moment I stepped into this building I didn't like it.I had no other choice because I moved from across state and wasn't able to see this place till I had already had an apt set up.Parking is so terrible. You have to park in a gross Parking structure 2 blocks away. There are homeless people living on the block where the parking structure is.I feel soo unsafe when I get home after dark.The hot water is not always on I actually just got out of a cold shower.There is a cockroach problem.There are always car alarms going off and sirens blaring so it's hard to sleep.The elevator doesn't work sometimes so I have to walk up 8 fights of stairs.Hopefully the new management will do something about some of these problems.They seem a lot nicer than Azar who charged me way to much for a deposit and didn't even go over any paper work or showed us around when we got here.He just talked on the phone about shorts that his friend made for him while he shoved contracts in our faces like "SIGN! SIGN!" He didn't even tell us how long of a lease we signed.Thank god he is GONE!
But seriously this place sucks I can't wait to move and forget about it.
