Funny. It seems that the only thing really wrong with Park Wilshire are the people living inside. I have met and seen more weirdos come and go from the front door here than anywhere else I have ever lived.

Everyone loved previous management because they showed certain people precedence in the building and didn't care about the rules. That's great and all but nothing was ever done.

New management created a lot of stir for the lifelong members of club Park Wilshire, used to previously undocumented and sometimes free parking in the back lot. People seemed floored when they were expected to stop slacking, even holding a number of meetings about how unfairly they had been treated.

The fact is, the neighborhood isn't great, it's not really even residential and the parking structure is far away and sometimes dirty. Yes there was a shooting... This is Los Angeles. Truthfully rent is very reasonably priced, although I suspect not for much longer, and you can't hear anything from your neighbors. As far as I can tell everyone living here is under a very wrong impression that landlords and property owners put their tenants first and treat them well. That doesn't happen in LA and certainly not an old building like Park Wilshire changing management every few years.
