My apartment literally stinks

I moved in on April 1. They had just done some porcelain work, so the whole place smelled toxic. As the nasty chemical smell disappeared, it was replaced with a nasty, overpowering musty odor. They cleaned the carpet, replaced old pipes, put a sealer on the cabinets, but the place still smells rotten. Management is not good about keeping maintenance appointments.

Renovation work is shoddy. Last night, my new toilet started leaking because some genius didn't tighten the tank down when he assembled it.
