I lived in Park Wilshire from 6/07-2/08 and I'm not looking back with fond memories. The location is terrible. There is nothing by it, no grocery stores or restaurants; its definitely not a convenient place to live.

We had cockroach problems in our apartment. It seemed to persist even after bug traps were laid and all food was carefully monitored to make sure nothing was left open in the cupboards or around the trash can. There was often a high pitched ringing noise in the lobby that would reach the third or fourth floor. And the fire alarm would often go off.

Probably the worst of all is that I moved four months ago and just yesterday did I receive any sort of deposit. I'm disgusted with the check they sent me because out of my $800 deposit it appears that I got $60. We left the place undamaged and clean except for the kitchen sink that had overflowed two days before our move out date. I'm going to call them right now because their was no itemized list of why they deducted so much.

Please look for an apartment elsewhere. There are many other apartments for about the same price that are much better.

That's absolutely ridiculous. Maybe if management spent more time on loyalty to their tenants, they wouldn't be begging for new ones with big flashy free rent signs (which, by the way, are tacky and an embarrassment to tenants having visitors.) Here's a hint, Park Wilshire: GET GOOD REVIEWS BY BEING GOOD MANAGERS.

where is Azar and Stephanie when you need them, Park Wilshire lost a great asset since this b.s never happened when they were here. They were loyal and responsive and never placated us.

My experience with Azar was a night mare. I had a witness report to me that he was responsible for stealing a high priced item from the managers office storage area after UPS left an item there for me. They consistantly made verbal promises they never followed up on. They hardly ever answered the phone and never returned phone calls. Not to mention Azars personality disorder.....
