This place is a dump. I can't stand living here anymore. There's a roach problem, constantly having plumbing issues (no hot water/clogged sink/sink spewing disguisting water from the pipes), and the noise is unbearable. Laundry room is crap (some dryers don't dry) Parking is a PAIN. BAD neighborhood. Putting in my 30 days today. FIND A BETTER PLACE.

I feel for you. I was there for over a year and I actually loved being at work so I wouldn't be at that crappy apartment. I hated when the sink would spew that sewage water from the sink drain. It would stink up the whole apartment. Everything in your interview was spot on. Get out as soon as you can. By the way...good luck getting your deposit back.
