I moved in October 1st 08, so far so good. I find it very peaceful here. You would never know that there are 170 units. The office employees are very curtious and professional. Jackie is especially nice and always calls me by name. When they say they will do someting, they do it. The grounds and the building are very well kept. The bulding has great old world charm, high ceilings and moldings, nice original window, plush carpet, great water pressure and hot! Nice veiws of the hills and city. I am proud to bring friends over, they all think it's a nice place. I imagine I will stay long past my year lease. I gladly call it home.

-------- this place ------- sucks management is non responsive i have lived here for 5 years and they treat me with this disrespect. I have gone to the office just to pay rent and put in work requests. Not one has been done to where i called a contractor to come fix my issues at a fee that I PAID FOR. I will be deducting these amounts off my rent, and once my lease is over i getting the ---- 0ut of here. Place is runned by Jews. Money hungry -------s

pleasure2hunt you're a newbie....Just wait until you'll been here 3 to 6 months then you will really get the low down. Just wait until the roaches start to comming. And as far as the hot water is concern just wait until its turned off every week without notice. BTW what grounds are you referring to? There is none! Are you referring to the rat infested court yard?

This is clearly a marketing review. Here's a tip from someone that works in marketing...clearly this place has lots of negative reviews...if you post a HIGHLY exaggerated positive review, people will see right through you. Here are the facts: Park Wilshire is a horrible place to stay and the review poster fails at marketing.

Im with the responses!!! Whomever wrote this review is suspicious because you CAN'T be talking about Park Wilshire Apartments!!!! Even the way it is written sounds fake. Do you have the right building?!?!?!? I use to live here and come on...there is dog crap in the courtyard all the time (and sometimes in the hallways), the employees don't speak english so they HAVE to smile when they see you (that's not courteous, that's just plain ole dumbfounded), Jackie is nice but she's new and Ana (who's been there forever) is a #&$%, the hot water rarely works, and the carpet is NOT PLUSH! Have you seen the hallways? They are stained and probably as old and original as the building! Whoever post this is CLEARLY working for management! Duh, why else would there be one randomly good quote out of 50 bad! KEEP LOOKING.
