Management is a nightmare, it took 4 months to get the blinds installed to the windows! Was made to wait the same time for the cabinet doors to be installed to the cabinets in the kitchen! Had items deliverered to me stolen by employee of building management. Parking is two blocks down the street managed by crooked low lifes that love vandalizing cars! Seen it with my own eyes! Many units still have no working heat. Neighborhood is VERY noisy! High crime area with helicopters and police car chases, etc around the building.

This is 2008 going onto 2009. The management has changed hands. The building is clean, there is a guard, and it compares to any other area of high density on a busy Boulevard. The previous tenant was in the wrong part of the country...obviously not from L. A.
