I called Park Wilshire my home for more than four years. Although there were some difficulties when ownership changed, this was the best place to call home. We are an professional couple that loved being there. We never had any bug problems and if we had Ana would have taken care of it. There were some delays in getting things fixed but, all in all this is a perfect place to live. Close to everything, parking is not a problem, great helpful staff, maintenance crews are there in 20 minutes on the weekends, you can't buy service like that. It is never noisy in the bldg, of course you have sirens from time to time, but you can open your windows in the summer time and listen to the nightly concerts without going into the hustle and bustle of the streets. The grounds always look nice, well manicured, never a safety issue, the bldg is always kept clean. We loved park Wilshire!!! Try for a corner unit they're quite spacious!

so the maintenance no longer takes 2 hours to 1 week to fix things? and you no longer have to put in 5 work orders to get anything done? and are the workers now legal to do electrician work and plumbing? And has the roach infestation died down...or has everyone moved out so they have nothing to eat anymore? But you are right about one thing, Ana is a great person and deserves a classier job than the Whilshire Slums!
