We lived in this complex for 1 year, and it was the worst year of our life.
The management company is VERY greedy.
The place has SEVERE plumbing problems, and one night when our plumbing backed up the manager had the nerve to say "that is not my problem".
The parking garage is not secure by any stretch of the imagination. We had two bicycles stolen from the "secure" garage. The gate to secure the garage only worked intermittently.
The elevator works only every now and then and we often had to take the stairs up to our apartment. One time we were stuck in the elevator for over 15 minutes. One time the elevator fell when we got in it!!!
When we were ready to end our lease, the management wanted to charge us extra fees, and also did not provide all of the receipts for not giving our deposit back in full.
YOU WILL BE VERY DISSAPPOINTED if you rent at Parkview Apartments.
You can personally email me if you are even considering renting from this place.

We are sorry that this tenant was not happy with their tenancy at Parkview. We don't often have such complaints. We would like to add, however, that the building is currently under new management. Thank you.
