Not recommended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/7/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   Absolutely not recommended. The apartment manager is an atrocious lady. She seems nice when you come to rent the apt, but afterwards she's like a pitbull. They will come into your apartment without your permission. My A/C was broken for nearly a week in the middle of summer, and the matter was not addressed nor seen with any urgency -- meanwhile we could not even sleep. The water main broke several times, leaving us without water. The hallways of the apt are often dirty. The parking is a mess. The apt manager will move your parking space without your permission. Guest parking is nonexistent. The area is horrible as well. There are better places to spend your money than this place -- don't come here!
