Pasadena Park Place

Highly reccomended From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/1/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008   I have lived at the Park Place apartments on three different ocassions beginning in 1987. I have returned to Park Place two times. I must say that my experience has been very pleasent. The manager is very personable and responds quickly to any issues I had with my apartment, the grounds, and the parking lots. Plark Place has always been a very quite place and I have no problems sleeping at night. The management deals quicky with any noise complaints she receives. The night security is very efficent in his patroling and take action on any noise or parking problems with out confrontation. The area around Park Place is not as bad as some people say or think. There are some wonderful land marks, a museum, and parks. The Rose Bowl is only a few minutes away. If you want you can take the scenic route to the Bowl and see the lovely homes along the way. Not to mentioned downtown L.A. is a few minutes away. Yes, I would reccomend Park Place my friends.
