If you are looking for a convenient location, this is the apartment complex for you! It has immediate access to the 110 Pasadena Fwy and is a short drive to Pasadena, Glendale and Downtown!
It is expected to have some inconveniences in apartment living. Even in a home you will experience noise and other unexpected inconveniences.
As for the manager and staff working on the property, my experience has always been positive! The manager has worked at the property for many years and is personable with all the residents and guests. The property is always clean, but it's also our responsibility as residents to help maintain our community clean and safe. Afterall, this is where we chose to live.
