Absolutely not recommended in any condition. The management is pain to deal with. There is no Maintenance at all. Building is old. The most imp. the Management is poor and pathetic.

For every ONE disgruntled ex tenant, there are 75 happy ones. I personally invite anyone to come tour our property and experience for themselves the friendly and approachable staff. There is a member of management on site 7 days a week and we are only a "Pain" to the tenants who make living here unpleasant for the other people living here or future residents. The majority of the people who reside here are satisfied with our service and quite happy that we discourage others from infringing on their comfort. When you claim that we are poor and pathetic, please back that statement up with facts and your statement might be more credible.
