Pasadena Park Place is a nice place. Management is great and maintenance is wonderful! Pasadena Park Place does need new carpets in the halls. Other than that it's kept very clean. They paint all the time. Pasadena Park Place is great for college students, single adults and couples. I do not recommend it for parents with small children or young adults. The complex isn't child friendly. I do think it has gotten a bit expensive. The location is okay but it's not an area you would want to go for a long walk. The plus is that you are minutes from Pasadena and near the 110. So overall, it's a nice place. Everyone who works here does a great job! If you need something they will go waay out of there way to help you.
