I used to live at Peach Tree Court. Alisa was the manager then.
She was not a nice person to work with. Every time we spoke, I felt the entire point of her conversation was either to force me to do something or go for my pocketbook. She made my stay at Peach Tree Court unpleasant.
Then there were problems with the building: one year the building was filled with ants. The upper floor's roof leaked terribly (luckily it doesn't rain much). There were other problems that were surprising considering how much the rent was.
