The other review is a bit skewed, perhaps some rich kid that doesn't work, which the Pegasus seems to have a lot of. If you really want to know what a bad apt. is live at Promenade Towers for less than a week. The Pegasus is priced cheaper than most places in fact it is the most reasonably priced building in downtown, and it is newly renovated, only a year old. The rooftop is very nice, and the main lobby and the elevator lobby for the other floors are also nice, though they could use some carpet cleaning every other month. The appliances are new and I haven?t had a problem with them at all, the AC and water are fine except for the time it takes for hot water to get to your faucet. The manager is leaving, he seemed like a nice guy and I never had a problem with him. The sales droids on the other hand need to get their act together, as helpful and nice as they are it?s like they don?t want you to rent a place there, and they don?t make it easy and don?t really sell you on living there. When you shop around look for things like recessed and new sprinklers Bunker Hill doesn?t even have sprinklers and Promenades stick our like a sore thumb, you won?t find a place priced like Pegasus that is as nice. To the person that posted before, how about you stop being fat and lazy, walking two blocks there and back won?t kill you, and the security guards will let you use the Wilshire garage if you ask. Parking is 70 a month onsite was an extra 100. I?m sure if you asked them to wave parking you can get a monthly somewhere else, monthly parking spots in any city are expensive stop being an idiot and get some clue.
