You have to pay $75 bucks a month to park 2 HUGE blocks away. The hot water always runs out. Only one to two of the eight elevators work. I once waited 8 minutes for the elevator to come and then I ended up taking the stairs. The studios face in and get no direct sunlight so you have to sign a contract saying you'll air out the place and keep the blinds up so mold won't grow. The roof top has a great view and you can go to the roof top bar at The Standard for free as a resident.
