Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Cons:
- 4 elevator works out of 8, but still manage to get me to my floor on time
- flower st could be quite noisy, lots of bums
- dull building, well , its contemporary, sort of..
- Garbage truck tends to block the parking driveway in the morning when tenants rush to work
Pro:
- Lots of parties with foods and drinks on the roof top on several occasion
- nice gym
- location is good
- parking was never a problem for me (on the wilshire)
- the concierge lady is very helpful
