I just moved in last month. It's a nice place. Great location and the rooftop pool is pretty impressive. Parking is still in the works though. The office has done a pretty good job getting me parking while they are redoing the garage.
My apartment is great. It's a little noisy at times but it is downtown. I truly love the concrete floors. They are a great touch. My one bedroom is just enough room for me. Studios are pretty small so be ready for that. Otherwise I would say come give the place a shot. I think it's a good deal for the price.
