I spent just under a year in a 2 br at Pegasus. The double doored 2nd bedroom serves well as a formal dining room. Nightime view - LOVELY!. Staff - helpful, friendly & detail oriented. Downtown has had some regrowth. Still, living there can bring a feeling of isolation. Especially at night and on the weekends when the streets are EMPTY! The staff members do their best to create a sense of community & are always polite. Carl is downright fun, a great neighbor!!! Maybe some of the negative feedback came from folks who are more accustomed suburban or rural living. Yes, it was a little noisy, so are most apartments. Noise wasn't a problem, water took a while to heat but never ran out. God bless boiler rooms. Neighbors - cool, interesting, sometimes unconventional. If you want quiet, go to the valley and pray for normal neighbors, bon chance! Nighttime guest parking is now available, this is a plus. My guests used to valet park at the hotel. Inside parking wasn't a prolem for me. Valet parking & a doorman would improve the current dilemma. Speaking of doors...get to know the staff at Standard. (Leona used to run the door - nice girl.) They will always let you in without a wait or cover, even if you forget to have the office put you on the VIP list. These are glamorous and beautiful apartments, enjoy.

I was visiting this website with my friend who is looking for a place... You get what you give...were you rude and demanding or did you treat them like friends and neighbors? I moved away because I wanted a dog and needed a home. I used to live on the same floor as Carl, he was my neighbor AND he's a very nice man.
