I lived there from 1/04-12/04. Before my lease ended, their cleaning staff went in and threw all of my belongings away! I spoke to the rude as always manager Carl there and he was a total jerk. He should not be in the position he is in as he is incompetent. He said one thing and did another and pushed me off to their lawyers thinking that I would drop the case.

I took them to court and I WON!!!!!

I had the worst apartment living experience ever not because of the location, but because of the staff working there.

They need to get trained on how to be professional and how to treat their clients.

Word gets around and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I totally disagree to this remark. I have lived here since 2003 and the Manager, Carl has always treated me with the upmost respect. I think you are not telling the truth. Also about the Maintenance Staff!!!! The would never take anything and they are very professional

You sued for $1500 bucks and they settled for $300. How is that a win? I looked up all cases for the Pegasus on the internet. There was only one case that was settle with them paying out. Interesting I must say. You sound like a bitter, idiot that probably was asked to leave the building.
