I lived there for a year and it was absolutely the worst apartment complex I've lived in. The building is quite spacious, and nice by itself....but PARKING sucks. If you live there, don't expect to get a space. You might have to park at MACYS for a hundred something dollars a month. Visitors' good luck finding a parking place. The washing/dryer is small and ours broke twice. Maintenance is very slow and usually doesn't get it fixed the first time. Leasing members are UNPROFESSIONAL and if you're younger than them, they treat you like a little kid. I am a student, and the building does house A LOT of students. But constant noise and drinking is not my thing. At night you will find drunk kids running up and down the roof and elevator, drinks in hand. I've complained about noises so many times, and security doesn't take their business seriously. Whenever you get a package, you have to check with the conceirge desk to get it for you in the back room, but they are rarely ever at the front desk and one time the lady snapped at me to "go back there and get it yourself." The computer room is a joke. There was once only one computer working and the other three weren'tt fixed for months. When I moved out, it still hadn't gotten fixed. Don't even count on getting a computer because there is no organization, you have to wait HOURS to get a hold of one because people just hog it. Unsafe, noisy, unprofessional, untidy, rude........it's like a trashy dormhouse.

This person has it about right. Pegasux is a complete dump. It's basically a holding tank for FIDM students trying to get through potty-training. -- Rossell Crowe, regional leader

Who the hell is Rossell Crowe? The FIDM kids are being pushed out by management. There are like 1/2 as many as there used to be.
