I've lived at PE Lofts for a year and moved to the Pegasus about 4 months ago. What a difference 5 blocks makes! The building is in much better shape and I don't have to step over 20 bums to get in the front door. Staff down in the office is always helpful and it seems like the building is getting some type of facelift or something. Couple of nice things have been added lately.
Overall it's a great place and I have refered over a friend who is moving in. I plan on staying a while.
