Edit:I moved out the other month, and just wanted to say I got almost all my deposit back with no hassle. I had no problems with the place, except I needed to move to a 2 bedroom and I thought their 2 bedrooms were a little pricy at the time.


1st reason I live here is the location. Very nice area compared to the rest of downtown. 24 hour fitness across the street, ralphs is 3 blocks(walkable), and the redline subway is 100 feet away. Plus Standard, Elevate, Daily Grill, Library bar, Wokano, Macys... Don't have to wait for things to get built. If you like going out in the city, the location can't be beat until 2009.

Roof top is nice and it's almost the same view of the standard. Pool is great. No hot tub or bbq grills though. It's a party though, don't expect silence in the summer on the weekends. Could have some better furniture...

Some people move out cus the don't like a lot of younger people running around. It's a mix of people, if you're not tollerant and a big complainer you wouldn't like it here.
Some valid complaints are the washer/dryer and single pained windows. I live above the alley and the trash truck comes early in the morning. To me it's city living and I get used to it. Gotta pay for parking and guest parking sucks, but that's the price you pay for having a good location. $190 a month at the standard parking lot. There's another place that's 145.

It's not the nicest lofts in downtown, but it's great for me now. A new managment took over this year. I heard they have more rules, I'm not the one to ask on that issue.
