weird that i could still be writing this after i moved out but since im in a month to month right now and still searching for a year contract i decided to save people from making a mistake of living here. Dont get me wrong, the location is good for downtown and the management is nice depending on who you deal with. But the rules they sign you up with change all the time and they don't tell you about many things when moving in. First of all the elevators have failed me about 6 times through the year and living on the top floor, the many steps down was not fun. Took a couple days to fix. Next the fire alarm went off three separate occasions in the middle of the night. Next is that their is not really guest parking since the daily grill takes it over, sometimes at night their is parking but with only 15 spaces and 300 tenants--i dont know, you do the math. Also you could get blocked in or have to stay alert to your phone becuase people could need you to move your car or you may need someone to move theirs. their were some maintenance problems but those were fixed pretty quickly. And every month their is a new construction process, ask about when the rebuffed the lobby floors and you have to walkaround the building to get inside, and opps the gate gets locked a few times. Its fun to be out in the cold.
