I have lived at the Pegasus for over two years and have seen a great deal of change in the building. All I can say is I was ready to move out until the new manager Brian was hired. He really listens to what we say. Also, the leasing guy Phil is the best. I think they have turned this place around. I had nothing but complaints but they addressed every one I had. I now have one of the new washer dryer combos and it works great. I have noticed they have been asking some people to move out of the building because they were causing problems for the rest of us. I suspect some of the people who are complaining here were asked to leave. But like I said, I for one, love it here and plan to stay.
