Only way this place can get a good rating is if their own management writes their own reviews. Nice going Nelson! Nice touch about going back east. Good riddance but doubtful NY needs yet another slumlord! If you live here, bring your own paper because management is too cheap to provide you with even a sheet. Also, you'll know a lot about criminals since the probation department is practically attached to this place. When they tell you to look up at the view, we recommend looking down at the newly released criminals. If you want an alternate view, you can get a view of the homeless people who will accost you when you try to get into your new home. Also, good luck putting up with all the drunk USC students.
