Moving into The Piero was the beginning of a nightmare not forgetting that I just escaped from The Medici where I was burglared. After a month at The Piero, I ransferred from a smaller to a larger 1 bedroom unit as I was mislead about the view in the smaller 1bedroom. After 4 months of moving into the larger unit, I still had not received the full security deposit that I had put down for the smaller unit. Aside from that the dryer in the larger unit was out of order the week I moved in. It took the management 2 months before getting it repaired. Lastly the noise insulation doesn't exist. I actually had the security come to my apt at 11pm to inform me the noise I was creating from washing the dishes and using the dryer was disturbing my neighbour downstairs. Unbelievable! Given a second chance I would run far away not only from The Piero but from all the apartments managed by the Western Management Group.
