I just moved out of the Piero to be closer to work on the Westside. I lived at the Piero for 1 1/2 years and the experience was great. This is a well planned apartment community. I had a beautiful view of downtown LA. The on-site fitness center is excellent and included in your rent- cardio, weight machines, sauna, steam room. There is a business center, beautiful pool, and immaculately kept grounds and gardens. The maintenance staff is there daily and keep the place very clean. Building management is also there 7 days a week and always available if you have a problem. Parking is excellent and secured. I particularly like the 24 hour concierge/ security desk. They do a good job of screening individuals entering the building. The Piero is a great value for the money. I will be paying a lot more on the westside for less amenities and service. If you need a place downtown, I highly recommend the Piero.
