24 hour gym--amazing!
Sauna and steam room--even BETTER! Especially for spa-junkies such as myself.
My only complaint is that the units don't offer much for one-bedroom-ers. The square footage is super small. I wish some of the space that went towards the mondo balcony could have gone towards my living room!
Also, the walls were a bit thin sometimes (depends on if you have noisy neighbors). I occasionally heard a couple fighting next door--annoying, but also kind of amusing haha.
The management and security guards are so friendly. The property is small enough that they remember you and it makes it more of a home.
The main reason I moved out-- NO PETS! I understand why because of all the nice carpet and whatnot but this was the huge kicker for me.
On the upside, I had a FANTASTIC VIEW: the Hollywood sign!! That made my DAY!
If you're looking around in downtown, this place is pretty good bang for your buck. The amenities are the best you'll find in downtown for the monthly rent.
