Be aware of the noise level. On the westside of the building, there is always street noise, trash, construction, and etc... Walls are so thin, and I am not even sure whether I would survive an earthquake now, if there is one. There are some fancy loud cars, throttling their exhaust at 2am. There are some really lazy residents here too, who choose to leave stinky left-over food ON, not in, the trash bin next to elevator. It surely is nice to see and smell that when you get off the elevator.
it's like living back in a college dorm... But $2,000 is definitely too expensive...
Maintenance staffs are nice though. Management is terrible... Anyway, I am definitely moving out of here, once my lease expires!
