If you're new to LA and don't know where to start looking to live, this is a great place to start. Having lived at the Pinnacle for a year and a half now, I have virtually no complaints. While the rent is no bargain, it's certainly reasonable considering I'm living in the heart of the city (Hollywood) and considering all the little extras.

The management team is small but efficient and responsive - repair requests have always been filled within 24 hours. The apartment is well=designed, using space interestingly and avoiding the usual "boxy" design of these newer complexes. The are great laundry facilities on every floor, underground parking, a gym and sauna, a rooftop pool, jacuzzi and barbeque (and an AMAZING view of the city from the beach to downtown from up there!), and a security guard on duty at night.

Some people feel jittery about moving into Hollywood, but times have changed. The particular neighborhood is GREAT, filled with young professionals (plus the actors and musicians you can't avoid in LA). We're also right at the foot of Runyon Canyon Park, which is a terrific hiking/dog walking park in the Hollywood Hills) and it's right outside the front door.

Vacancy is hard to find in this place, but if you can't find it here, check out other apartments in the area - it's worth it. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
